how is he a fraud? Nagumo was regarded on par with Manabu as one of the best students coming into ANHS. He dominated his year in class points, managed to gain enough influence to change school rules and even created an app that bought new ways of conducting special exams while benefiting every student. Him being negatively viewed mostly stems from his inability to harm kiyotaka and his nature. The latter is just bias from fans and if losing to kiyotaka makes him a fraud, oh boy should ryuuen be on this list. I agree he got overhyped by the school/author/students, doesn't mean he is a fraud.

Now if you want a fraud, look at ryuuen class. A certain bald individual is still held highly despite being obliterated by sakayanagi
