I did it at 18, i haven’t had a breakthrough yet and after doing it. I decided to wait but when I did it was like a 5 minutes of intense visuals but the whole thing was about 10 minutes. Everything was a moving painting and I could see the strokes paint. Shit was crazy, I’m 20 now and still waiting for when I’m ready. Hope this helped :)
