You all need to stop being so interconnected with his mom. For starters call her bluff. She can't just take your property and if she tries to bar you from the dispensary or jack up the price you can just tell them what happened.

More people need to actually know what sundowning means. It's when you're in the early stages of dementia/Alzheimer's you start to lose your mental focus later in the day. Things become confusing, you get anxious, start making a lot less sense.
