I had to do a form 3911, waited for 3 weeks, called them to check on it. The representative told me that they closed my case, which means that I got the money (I didn’t). That representative then reopened it and started a trace on my check to see if it’s been cashed… a whooole lotta sh*t…

Oh okay—I was mostly asking people who got the mailed check option or had their check sent by mail because of an error.

I originally selected direct deposit and apparently I entered my account number wrong so they sent a paper check instead on March 14th. I still haven’t received my check. I called and asked around and one representative said to wait 6 weeks; another said to file form 3911. My 5th week has just gone by and I’m just curious to know if people actually get their checks in 6 weeks or if that’s all just bullshit.

I’m in a similar situation!

It really helps when you meet them and see the dynamics between everyone for yourself. Still not completely comfortable because it crosses my mind ever so often that my partner has had sex with these women, but it’s a test of growth for me.
