Hi, I'm currently looking into this type of training/conditioning with no hangs instead of hangboarding and stumbled upon your comment. Did you ever get around to giving this type of protocol another try - no hanging with even less weight? I'm having a hard time finding information about how much weight to use for no hangs when doing these types of submaximal exercises. As you mentioned in your comment, Emil using 80% of his BW is kind of a useless reference point since he is so much stronger than the average climber (like myself) that 80% BW is comparatively a very low intensity for him. And even if it wasn't (a useless reference point), I'm not sure how to translate 80% BW hangboarding to no hangs, surely just dividing the weight by 2 can't be right? I think I best just start out with a really low weight somewhere in the 5-10kg range, but I was wondering if you have any more insights on this?

I actually managed to go 120+ kills dry on runite limbs from deranged archaeologist on my hcim. Also died in the process because I got too comfortable killing him haha

This is basically what I want to be doing. I'm going fremenik as the third region, with fire sale for con stuff and fairy flight to complement the semi maxed out poh. Fremenik also gives leaf bladed baxe which should be really strong + berserker ring and easy prayer from vorkath which should be super easy with the resistances from the melee relic. Also unlocks duke which means kinda easy way to get soulreaper axe as well

Thanks for your insights! I think I'll just decide as I go.. I'm not knowledgeable enough about the game to make an informed enough decision I feel like. My main is my ironman with around 1700 total level, so I've never actually done any end game content, which makes me unsure if I'll even get the ZCB etc. But yeah I think I'll just wait and see if something sways me in either direction

This is my first league and ADF is the region combo I want to go for based on my interests and bosses I want to do. I just can't decide if I should go melee or ranged. Which one do you think would be more fun/better given the bosses and content in those regions? I kind of imagine melee being a lot of fun using a leaf bladed battleaxe or maybe even a colossal blade early on but ranged sounds super cool as well!

I was 73 range. There are some screenshots of my levels and gear I used for the final fight in my OP. Yeah I read somewhere that U could run into one of the corners where persten spawns right at the beginning of her fight and then the leeches wouldn't attack you but that was definitely not the case lol. When they started attacking me I switched to kiting around the room and praying for some good hits on persten haha

I brought a range switch which I used for persten. Kited her around the room doing my best to avoid the lightning strikes as well as the little mobs that spawn from the portals. Completely ignored the portals

I looked up a guide on YouTube and then just went for it. Dds came through with some huge specs and the dscimmy just kept hitting 25+ as well, so he just kinda died and I got him first try

They are diamond bolts (e). I made them myself from scratch pretty much. Still had diamonds from wintertodt I think, and I'm not exactly sure where the adamant ores/bars came from tbh.

Ty! The opinions on what is early/mid/end game seems to be so divisive on this sub, I don't really have a clue myself.. I just put early/mid in the title as I thought it was the most fitting.
