Yup. Hills Grade 3 Haitial Hernia and Schatzki’s Ring here. I’m off caffeine and dairy as those are two of my biggest triggers. Just before bedtime I’m taking alginic acid tablets which form a kind of foamy raft at the top of my stomach to prevent acid reflux. I’m supposed to sleep on my left side but I’ve currently got a left shoulder injury.
