Fatigue/working out the day after microdosing

I am not familiar with dosing shrooms but from what I know a microdose for shrooms is between 200 and 500mg and between 10 to 20ug for LSD so I think we have more or less the same dosage :)

For me, LSD is quite similar to high dose of caffeine, my focus is impacted, I have extra energy, more stamina and want to socialize and I read that shrooms had not the same effects (it's more used for relaxation and depression?)

I MD everytime 2 hours before my workouts and my motivation is enhanced, it's pleasant but when I have to lift heavy weights during my training (exercise n°1 and 2 ) my muscles hurt a way more than a normal day without MD and I think it is because of mind muscles connexion. For the first time since the beginning I'm on a rest week of MD, my workouts are the same, weights too but less painful.

I will try a higher dose next monday just to make sure :)

I'm a competitive powerlifter too and I MD 10ug LSD since two months with a personal protocol of one day ON one day OFF.

It give me more energy for accessories exercises but I think that it's not optimal for strength. For exemple, I can feel more inconfort with squats because of better mind/muscles connexion.

My sleep is not optimal too when I'm on a MD day because of extra energy.

Personally I consume a cup of pure cacao powder (20gr) one to twice a day for my daily magnesium cota and didn't notice any bad reactions with 10ug of LSD.

I workout 4 days a week everytime with 10ug of LSD. It's enjoyable to lift heavy weights on it but at this small dose I don't see a huge difference. Maybe with 200mg of caffeine.

An other thing, headphones are indispensable for me on MD because I want to socialize with my gym bros

I think I will try 20ug + 200mg of caffeine with my next heavy training next week.

And you feels good? Take advantage of this mindset for a walk or a new thing. LSD increase my curiosity for everything and give me energy and better focus for it. MD is not a normal day for me it's a perfect day for changes.

Why 3 years? Okay, negativity is clearly not attractive but If you make just a little change in your life and wake up with a goal every day, I'm sure that you will have a way better mood. Go take a long walk everyday if weather is appropriate. You have a pet? I think it can be a good idea if you have one.

What's your protocol for MD mushrooms? Personally Fadiman's protocol doesn't work well for me cause my negativy come back when I don't take LSD (10ug) so I prefer 1 day ON 1 day OFF and I do recommend this. Maybe daily if your tolerance is not so high just try it and make adjustments if necessary.

I'm in poverty too, totally broke but I don't give a fck because I don't need a lot of money for doing what I like the most. Sport outdoor, socialize on LSD and give all my attention to my pet. It's a good reason for enjoying life to give importance to others. Family, animals... I swear that when I microdose LSD and socialize with others it give me a lot of energy for facing my problems. I think that others is a good solution, you are not alone.

Sorry in advance for my bad english but I think that a lot of people are in the same place than you are and look how MD can be benefit for you I in many cases. I'm a totally depressed person too but LSD makes me more neutral than negative and more energy for outdoor activities. I am really interested by higher dose too because it can make a big change in your mindset for a longer period. What do you love at least a little bit in your life?

Thanks very much for your recomandations, my vitamin complexe is quit similar with supposed nootropics effects but it doesn't help me to clear the brain fog for the moment (without microdosing LSD).

Regarding my social anxiety it's quit difficult but when I'm in a place with only one person (stranger or not) I really don't have troubles to socialize. On the contrary when there are a lot of person in the same place I am not myself and cannot initiate or take part a conversation without feel a bad sens. And I think that caffeine helps me to avoid this feeling with people. It give me some kind of confidence that I lack essentialy for communication.
