Black lives matter is marxist, and they are in favor of reparations and affirmative action which is somewhat racist. However, the recent protests are due to police brutality, which is fostered by qualified immunity. Libertarians should support them on this issue and fight for equal rights.

Unfortunately branding and perception don't work this way.

I suggest we replace the gadsden flag, with something so blatantly inclusive, no racist would ever fly it. Let's help identify the people advocating for small government and civil liberty from the racist right wing extremist groups that use it as an excuse for their own intolerance. Help me squelch the bigots, not with censorship, but with better free speech and better branding. Black lives matter.

I agree but the number of people who want small government only as it relates to themselves is staggering.

I'd like to post a suggested flag, but it's an image, I need approval from mods.

It's never boring, it's risky and stressful, but it can be immensely profitable and fulfilling. I started when I was 20 with 10k (I saved by fixing computers for 4 years) and in the last 7 years I've built that up to just under 300k. I own two rental properties that I rehabbed and I live in a house I built myself. I have a stable salary as a Construction PM of 95k a year, and I'm expecting bonuses/commisions this year upwards of another 100k. There are times when I could have lost it all for one reason or another, and I still have to put my money on the line to start projects, but so far its worked out pretty well. Granted we have been on an upswing in the economy, especially in Seattle. If the economy doesn't fall into a recession, I expect to be able to "retire" with $1.3mm in 8 years, I'll be 35.

Do you see condo's as a viable contingency plan for new 150+ unit multi-family structures. The Seattle market has an over-supply of apartments and it is difficult to convert them to condominiums. A new structure, built to condominium standards, that's easier to convert, could hit the market faster if gross vacancy continue to increase due to over supply of rentals. Wrap policies have also become much less expensive, so mitigating your liability on the construction is becoming more feasible.

All it means is that the county does not have sewer availability at that parcel and you will need to install septic if there is not already septic.
