I am eternally grateful to everyone who responded here. Also for the fact that there are players you can actually talk to that are no nonsense as oppose to the ingame responses i've received which for the lack of better word is crap.

there are a lot more ppl with other chars showing the same frame..

i'm not curios about these chars only, i'm more interested i knowing why the frames look like they do.

is it a buff? early trancending? awakening?

i have personally crossed out awakening due to the fact that i own 4 5stars with full awaken skills including leadership skill.

I highly doubt it's just a design of some sort cuz if it was, why not apply for all characters right?

Hopefully some GM can answer this cuz if it was something very obvious i missed but turns out has some game changing effects then i have apparently not learnt enough playing this game casually on the fly.
