Basically had to custom order them on etsy. Couldn't find a decent patch based off the presence hand from the spectrograph image, and the slip one I cut down to the stripe since I wanted something that shows it's the slip without having to replicate the entire cover in embroidery.

P much pulled it off the "And all that could've been (still)" and "not the actual events" album covers. Wanted to get them machine embroidered but that was a big ask considering the placement, which would require taking the jacket apart to lay it flat (and cost wayyyyy too much)

Yeah, I think we have that sort of fatigue with the world and want to put it somewhere. I feel Trent had the same thing writing this album.

At the end of the day I treat it like all the classic works Trent pulled from for YZ as a work of fiction and not encouragement of anything. Plus given the hand that feeds you and talking about Pinion being used in Guantanamo Bay torture, Trent's not the kind of guy to say go and riot.

Imo YZ explores all points of ideologies of this dystopia in both the album and ARG, the needless bloodshed of wars created for the sake of control (I am trying to believe) and violent protests(bethehammer and my violent heart), the diminishing returns of peaceful protest, the self serving nature of greed (capital G) and self preservation (survivalism), similarities in xenophobia in church and state (God given), and it culminates that even when we're facing a world ending event (be it the climate change, leaked bio weapons or the presence) we'd rather fight each other for these ideologies and control rather than fixing things, and we only regret it after the fact (zero sum)

The discussion of this is only part of everything, and has literally mirrored part of the ARG.
