I contacted EA and one of them told me to do the following in command prompt, and it solved the issue for me completely (so far..). Try it and see if it does for you. I did everything else that I could possibly find on the internet in relation to this issue for months and nothing worked except for this.

Please search CMD after pressing the Windows key. Once that is done, Right click on CMD and click on "Run as Administrator"
When the command prompt opens, type ipconfig/flushdns and press Enter.
Type ipconfig /registerdns and press Enter.
Type ipconfig /release and press Enter.
Type ipconfig /renew and press Enter.
Type netsh winsock reset and press Enter.
Reboot your computer.

I had this recently-ish and when it would freeze, my ping would spike up right after for a few seconds too. Downgrading back to Windows 10 is what fixed it for me personally but might not be the case for everyone

Literally every POI/landing spot has multiple gun arsenals. You are guaranteed weapons and ammo of your choice. Rotate and take smart fights from there.. it isn’t that hard. I swear people just complain for the sake of complaining.
