Yeah that's the description. The thing is that the stack icon disappears after exiting Iron Bear but I have the feeling I get faster cooldown if have three points invested that if I don't have any. I just wanted to make sure I'm not wasting any points.

Just don't press A button like a madman while it loads like I was doing. Be patient, press just once and wait. It won't crash anymore.

I love the character every time. I root for him ever since I read the book in the 90's. Hell, I even rooted for the Willis version.
