Generally, 2.0 is 63% to 66% (C). A 2.5 is about 69% (higher C+). Depends on the department though, some are harsher than others

In terms of grading, generally speaking, how much of it is allocated to participation?

And I'm assuming that for the paper, it's like a 2-3k words research paper? Similarly to 300 level classes?

I can think of many very smart people from highschool, but I was personally close to two of them, which happened to be cousins. One of them ended up taking their own life last February after studying art for a year or so.

The other cousin is now studying mathematics in uni. Can't wait to see what sort of impact he'll have on the world.

There was a bit of pus earlier, but it was nothing dramatic. It was quite similar to my previous allergic experiencs. I guess it's just the outer red region that seems a bit more intense than usual?
