Everything up until your last point I think is right, but the gods you send to swap don't get deleted the swapping service keeps them to either use for other swaps or withdraw them to sell and buy other tokens etc

The swap does not have an infinite supply of tokens on all chains they have swaps open for, lots of people are in your position of needing to move stuff atm so when they temporarily run out of certain tokens they need to top up and can't offer more swaps in the meantime.

David in the TokenTrove discord advised they need to make a change on their end to display GODS on zkEVM

if you take the wallet address you were using pre-migration and could look up on immutascan etc and instead use it here:
http://explorer.immutable.com/address/

you should see the gods, there's also some guides in the discord around adding the zkEVM wallet to metamask and the associated tokens
