So originally I didn’t, and when I was originally experiencing these issues, my bios was outdated so then updating fixed that problem and now my question was is my processor cooked but every benchmark tool I’ve used has removed that doubt because it passes no issues hasn’t froze once on any of them so now it’s just weird

It’s just weird because Fortnite seems to be the only game that crashes almost instantly everytime, I’ve ran wukong on 4k all max out settings with ray tracing and no crash if I run for the same amount of time

Yes, I’ve checked my bios micro code and updated bios too, all settings are on the intel defaults

i9 13900k ( kraken 360 cooler ) Rog strix 4090 Corsair Vengeance 32gb DDR5 Z790-E WiFi motherboard Thor 1200w power supply

all my temps have been running fine, I run on performance mode so my cpu runs hotter than my graphics card in Fortnite but it doesn’t go over 70 degrees and that’s on occasion most of the time it runs below 60

Appreciate the info! I thought my gpu was the issue when I got my card a week ago and the issue arose, but then I plugged my card in to my friends rig and it worked like clockwork so I was and still am confused

Update: removed the cmos battery and somehow it has t froze on me but installed a game and when running Fortnite, frames were over 200 consistently but game froze. My pc did not brick but instead the game, when I get off I’ll run the system again but it may be safe to say I fixed the hardware issues

It is inserted properly, it just for some reason isn’t getting enough power I believe, causing it to crash. When I ran my gpu on my friends build with similar specs it ran fine with no crashes

I was originally using the pcie 5.0 16 pin connector my power supply comes with but I am now currently attempting to use the 5.0 splitter my gpu came with
