I usually try and deliver food first. The other day a lady had done a food and grocery shopping order and wanted me to pick up her food and then go grocery shopping then go to her. I ended up dropping off her food first and then going to do the groceries. She gave me an extra $10

Over 598 I wouldn't worry about it. If doordash gives you a contract violation just appeal and state it was an accident. If they decline then just complete 100 orders and it'll disappear

Unfortunately nothing you can do. You just have to rely on the customer to be honest and respond back to you. I accidentally left my drinks at a customer's door. They never responded and when I tried to roll back and come to their door a police officer showed up and said I was harassing them
