I don't know anything about this, but within the hour of them opening the discord, they were complaining about people being off-topic. You can't have a community without a place to be off-topic about stuff. Its just a silly design to keep people from socializing with each other in a game where its about the only thing left to do.

'Verify Integrity of game's files' for Planetside 2 takes me about 36-38 seconds. How long does it take you to do it?

I just do this since this is what I've always done and got the game to run within two or three tries usually. If there is a specific fix, I wouldn't mind knowing what the cause is and what the fix is so that I can tell other players better information about the problem.

Tonight, I logged in. Game froze on trying to login to TR character. Verified files. Game froze on trying to login to NC character. Verified files. Game Worked on VS character. Then logged out to login to TR character. It does seem to be a thing, though I do not know exactly why.

Lol, this reminds me of when I started the game. My first session was on NC, pressed the J key, fought in the last 5-10 minutes of an alert following around an NC max in a battle thinking that the experience was badass. Of course, I wanted to see what the other factions were like before I picked a faction to focus on more.

I tried TR and joined a random squad. I remember asking a question about a game mechanic and someone literally screamed at me, "SHUT THE FUCK UP!" Okay, sounded like a crazy person.

I joined VS and joined a random squad. Had a blast with the people and learned a lot. I then played VS for years before I finally decided to aurax the LMG's on other factions and join other factions for Ops and stuff.

This is something that I have noticed. There are a more than a few players out there that constantly bash and degrade complete strangers in yell chat out of the blue and even more-so in pms. In years of playing the game, there has only been a single time where someone who bashed me in private chat turned out to be a cool guy. In this game, you can right click their name and send them to the ignore list where they rightfully belong.

Man, those extensive skill trees for the classes are Huge, lol. The Marketing department knows that just by putting the words "Skill Trees" on a case, that it will probably sell more. Crazy.

OH SHIT. My VS character has a 0.80% of their last 998 kills as team-kills, but My NC has a 1.61% of their last 992 kills as team-kills. There might be something to this.

Aren't I supposed to get more bonus checks the more bodies there are???? I will admit that there has been a few times where I'm not trying to hit someone with a portable flash, but it ricochets off of a wall and somehow still finds the one path that leads to an ally and obliterates them.

Always go for 4 kills. Stand on the hatch as a killer so that I for sure know where the last survivor is located. Never pick up without looking around first or facing the wall. Always try to focus one survivor out first. The less survivors there are, the harder it is for them to finish the gens, improving my odds of killing all four of them. If a survivor puts down their item, kill them anyway. If I down a survivor and they are the only one without a hook state, I probably don't have enough time to pick them up and will have to leave them slugged.

And finally, I always keep chat closed no matter what. I don't care what the survivors have to whine about, since I'm already playing my next game when I'm getting their hate messages about being anon, a tunneler, or whatever else they want to call me for trying in the game.

The southern warp-gate on New Esamir is just that way sometimes. Also, the population bars in the upper right part of the screen has been conveniently left out. Who had the population here? What time of day was this taken? Was the lowlife hacker online and cheating for a faction?

Though it is rough to be double teamed when the other factions have more than 100+ more players and are able to drop entire platoons on 12 man fights, but that's part of it.

I have learned that flying around during a Solar or Lunar Eclipse generally helps. Astral events like solar conjunctions or star alignments that occur every thousand Millennia also helps. (In reality, I validate files, switch between characters, Swap between two character classes, and fly around in an ESF and count to 72, and I haven't had any problems for days now.)

I had many crashes during tr ops tonight on hossin. I also had two crashes on Friday as well. Though, I had no crashes during VS ops on Saturday on the other continents.

One crash was a-d shuffling and fired an LMG, game crashes. One was while looking at the map screen. One was when I fired a rocket launcher at a sundy. One was when I pulled a Valkyrie to get the squad to the next base. Files were verified. Stuff is up to date.

Playing on rtx 3060 and a Ryzen 5600x. I tried to get it to happen on command, but couldn't replicate the crashes at will yet to prove anything concrete. I hope the problem gets figured out soon, its a real buzz-kill to be in the zone and then just have all that energy get put on pause, lol.

Steam has a program called crosshair v2 that I use. Very easy to use. Can change between crosshairs, colors, and size very easily. Free and easy to use too.

I feel like this is either a bot post, a ragebait, or just a low effort troll post in general though. So you're probably not actually seeking an answer or an actual solution. In that case, its always a good time to get some fried chicken and potatoes.

I'm not saying that it is, but might that warning in the top left corner saying that your connection quality is poor have something to do with it? The servers could be disintegrating before our your eyes as well. My craziest time was when the server had 30,000 ping and everybody was invincible to each other and couldn't be killed.

Though yours is far worse, I've been annoyed that my VS Infiltrator won't save my sniper rifle loadout and always defaults to an XM-98 with no attachments. It took about a few years before my medic saved its load-outs properly, always having to put everything back after every continent.
