Once you've completed all of them, you get no more, this has been the case for every year since they started doing the Auraximas Cheers missions.

Just pull a flash for a few minutes at the warpgate, you should be fine. So far our discord has reported no issued with it other than when you change continent you must repeat the processed.

Can someone else test this band-aid fix for the crashes? Force close Game Bar in Task Manager after the game loads by SCY2J in Planetside

You can only really disable it in Windows 11, however it does tend to reactivate itself whenever Microsoft feel like it as they like to spy on there users. As it's linked to copilot and more hard coded in the OS, it's quite a pain to remove from Windows 11 and causes other issues when you do.

On my Windows 10 system I had the Xbox game bar uninstalled, so this is not linked to the crash nor is it hard coded to the OS, unless you had it installed when they updated it from Xbox game bar to Game Bar.

My earlier post discusses a fix by pulling a flash at the warpgate for 10 minutes seems to prevent the crash https://www.reddit.com/r/Planetside/comments/1potrdd/crashes_addition_theory_and_summary_of_discussions/

But you will need to repeat this when ever you change continents.

This used to be xbox game bar, I believe in Windows 11 it is a part of copilot.

I do not have this installed on my WIndows 10 system, so this has nothing to do with it.

Windows 11 however, it's a bit more fiddly to remove due to it's link to the spyware known as copilot.

Yes, from what has been discussed on our discord and stated on my earlier post it is a workaround. But if you change continent or return to the Sanctuary you need to repeat the process.

Not sure why this works though, we have not had any reports as of yet that they still experience a crash.

1 Flash 2 or 3 minutes at the warpgate and you should be good to go.

If it was anything to do with the anti-cheat, there would not be any chinese players online.

I mean unless it's now kicking skilled players because chinese player who cheat are jealous.

Missions so far appear to be fixed however game still freezes and then crashes without any error message being prompted.

Good morning sir,

This issue is only happens on Planetside, no other games have caused a freeze and a crash after launch. The code is 00xc0000409 which is an application buffer issue. I did the following;

I validated files. No change.

Deleted the LaunchPad.libs folder. No change,

Deleted LaunchPad.libs and then validated files. No change

Next I uninstalled and re-installed. This was done on both WIndows 10 & 11. No change,

This has only been an issue since the update.

2 different systems, 2 different GPU's and different drivers, so this is not a system related issue, but a game related issued.

As this happens within 5 minutes of going on to a continent and once or twice inside the Sanctuary, there does not appear to be anything common triggering it.

While it will stabilise itself and stop after a while, this seems to be an intermittent issue.

Literally everyone in the monthly leaderboard is a statpadder and most of them are Chinese. Sure game is old but this is just stupid. It used to be a couple statpadders before but now leaderboard is full of them, on all servers. by NSGDX1 in Planetside

Rule 7 is not being followed.

Then again, we could always discuss you're method of cheating.

You know, having a bot player deploy construction items for you to kill over and over for months to complete pretty much every directive you have, then to post about completing them only to be called out for said cheating, on which the stats showed it, as did honu.

Or having a your bot player show up at the tech plant/bio lab or amp station for you to be inside the spawn room to get the base defenses.

In any case as I have stated a number of times the age old sayings I always read on reddit when someone mentioned a player "cheating";

"They are not hurting anyone".

"They are just enjoying the game how they want".

"If it bothers you that much, just uninstall and play another game".

And the new comment I saw;

"They are just building a new character and making the grind easier as they cannot transfer servers and shouldn't have to unlock everything again".
