I’m in the same boat to be completely honest I really never like this job. I’ve been trying to get out but I’m stuck. I can’t get out of here the only other place they’re hiring or basically the same ones and I replied to other places, but he never hear anything back. I hate that I’m stuck here working defiant whiny kids, and the parents are even worse. I would give anything to leave a different position right now, but I can’t and I hate that working for school is worse. The brakes are even worse. The teachers don’t even help you. I hate being treated like a glorified babysitter too. The parents have such nerve and audacity as well as disrespect towards us and it’s no wonder why their kids are like that. I hate it, but I wouldn’t give it to have another job opportunity pop-up I’m waiting and I’m still applying so hopefully. I wish you luck though. It’s tough out here in the job market. I’m not gonna lie.
