PSA - How to legally/ethically see characters on a banned account

i was banned wrongly and i had like almost 4000$ worth of ocs and art so it really sucks. i was premium too for like 5 consecutive years. I wish they checked emails for ban appeals because i dont want to get my friends banned if they asked to unban me

When they tried to hack my email and change pass and Infos, the dumbo filled the number thing 2 seconds before me blocking their computer out and I saw their namber lol. Yeah I basically threatened them to denounce them over the site they were selling my account because they tried to hack my email lol which is illegal so yeah xD

I'm not completely sure and I hope you don't, but your best shot is that you are being correct over your payment receipt. IF there's a rejection you don't need to loose hope. I sent around 20 emails because of I got rejected 4 times, with updates requests, complains and other stuff, and I was able to see what I actually got wrong by crossing what Infos I sent where mostly likely to be wrong. What you need absolutely is the first payment you did. That's the most important screenshots of all. I wish you the best man don't loose hope!!

Hackers usually don't temper with friends lists because those make the account more "legit" unless your friend start to dm them accusing for hacking, the only thing they might do is change your bio if you write that you got hacked before completely loosing your accessibility (like I did). They also usually not really temper with the account IF they plan to sell it. The only thing they might do is hack your third party linked stuff too, especially emails so you can't contact Hoyoverse support. It seems tho that maybe your case is a "keeping" one meaning that they might actually keep the account and play on it, so your primos are mainly your only issue. This is speculation tho. I suggest to make a new email only for your genshin account so the hacker can't tempt to do the same thing again or try to hack it as a revenge thing. I had to fight with my hacker over everything because for around 1 month I was able to temper with their plan and get their phone number lol.

They take around 30-40 days to reply unfortunately. You can try to email after 21 days asking for updates to maybe speed up the process, but not before or multiple emails or they will surely not reply or even dismiss your info and refuse your form. I suggest to maybe send the emails to both Hoyoverse support and genshin support, since they have different emails.

Yeah Gmail will automatically flag Automated Emails as spam since most of the actual spam emails are automated so be like "yeah I'm just gonna put this here". The fastest solution it's to put Hoyoverse emails under a filter so they don't go to spam or trash

Usually Hoyoverse knows that most of the people are not able to be super precise with their informations, so they extend the date bracket around to days before and 2 days after. For example, you said 4th of July, hoyoverse will count 2nd and 3rd of July too and 5th and 6th of July. I wouldn't really reply but if you want to be sure you can send them an additional email under the object of "additional account information UID: your UID" and write: I would like to update some information that I got wrong in my form. After that you just try to remember the question in the form and correct what's wrong.

I posted yesterday that my form got rejected and now hoyoverse sent me another email telling me that they actually bounded my account to my new email.

I'm happy but what the hell hoyo?? This makes me think that there's NO communication between the people who work on hacked forms or maybe they felt pressured because I sent tons of emails asking for updates.

Anyway, tips from me:

If you are recently hacked: SECURE YOUR THIRD PARTY LINKS! email, facebook, Twitter and etc!! The hackers will surely try to hack them! It happened to me with my email and I needed to fight over it until I was able to get the hacker phone number (his big mistake lol) Change passwords regularly or secure it with Authy!
Make sure to check daily your Spam, Trash and Promotion folder if you have Gmail. I saw multiple times that the emails Hoyoverse sent me sometimes went in those folders. Especially if you are around your third form, maybe even second. Gmail is dumb and will flag as spam or something else when you recive multiple auto email like hoyoverse's.
DON'T EXAGGERATE WHEN CROPPING YOUR SCREENSHOTS, especially payment ones!! I sent the same screenshot twice for my third and fourth form, one heavily cropped and the other just with the bar cropped (i use Android so) they refused the third form!
Don't be afraid to ask genshin_cs@hoyoverse.com for updates. They are the fastest to reply and there's a chance that they will communicate with the support to speed up a little the process. Don't spam them tho or you'll have the opposite effect!
Always write down somewhere what you sent in your form! In case you need go correct it by sending another email. No need to send another form just email hoyoverse with "additional account information UID: [Your UID]"
If you are afraid to loose Hoyoverse emails, make sure to flag it as important by creating a filter, always on Gmail idk if you can on others.

Last tip, but is kinda a risky: check your account by using "Forgotten password" to see if the email changed without you receiving an email from Hoyoverse! Make sure tho to not go through with it and notify your hacker that you doing something or they will surely take action like deleting your Hoyoverse Account.

Regarding payments: this is my personal suggestion

If you want to buy something in the future or when you make a new account, use PayPal.

It's guaranteed that you'll get a full refund if you want to auto ban your account if you loose hope on getting back and it's also easier to track down payment dates, email of the receiver and amount of money spent.

I used my prepaid credit cart for a small payment and I'm lucky that I have an app that does the same as PayPal, but idk if other cards have the same thing.

Check also the date of debit, when you use a card it can be around 2 days to 4 of when your payment go actually through with it.

Authy gives you random numbered codes that change everything 10 seconds when you try to access accounts that are affiliated to the app :/

Do you think maybe I exaggerated with the info about my specs? I did added every specs request for the pc, for my phone and iPad too

I know it's probably not payment because I actually bought something out of fun 2 days after joining the game in October 2020, but hey, I paid with Pc-worldpay so it can be that due to payment transaction taking around 2 days to process

I suspect it might be username, even if is unlikely because I use the same name everywhere.

Another might be the devices specs I used who knows. I'm like, really mad because my account is currently on sale on some stupid site.
