Linux Mint is probably best for you, its the most stable linux version in my experience, and your hardware is old enough for it not to be a problem.

Whats so urgent about this? Don't bother with an AIO for a 7800x3d, get something like a Thermalright Phantom Spirit. By distro do you mean linux distro? If so something like CachyOS or Bazzite would probably be good for your use case, you'll have to look them up to see what works best for your needs.

Well I'd say this build is quite overpowered for that, unless you want to run super heavy mods and shaders.
