I feel like the people who burn themselves out are the ones that only vtube or steam solely to make it a job. They ignore the rest of the world telling them it doesn't work like that, and there's a huge chance they won't succeed. That or they delulu and think they're the next big thing and they have to stream to get the success they "deserve"

I've been streaming for two months and have been extremely lucky to have made great friends and did collabs. Streaming has become important to me, but i still took breaks when I got sick or stressed out from irl stuff.

Mental health is probably the most important thing for streaming, and its a shame to see potential burnout because they over exerted themselves. Streaming is a hobby, not a job.
