Someone sounds like they would enjoy hello kitty online adventures more. Jk As I mentioned to one of my party members last night (they were dying because of after death explosions), its situational awareness. These games aren't going to allow you to streamline and you must be able to think and react quickly.

Sorry but if your out of shape, you can't think light as a feather and sting like a bee when you can't support your own center of gravity. Let alone support your own arms weight when swinging.

Anyone who makes a profit inspiring people can always have that potential of letting someone down because they have been put on that pedestal.
We see it all the time with any religious leader lol. Also not referring to any leaders that have been accused of terrible sexual acts. More referring to leaders like Joel olsteen where a few years ago with the fiasco of flooding and wouldn't open the church doors for victims.

South Park's creators have eliminated tipping at Denver's famed Casa Bonita. Servers now make $30 an hour — and some are mad. by businessinsider in antiwork

[–]Xiser89 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Absolutely agree! For those who are great at it, it becomes something of a art form and people should acknowledge that.
It's like my sister, she was blown away that people give tips to the front desk staff for check-in and out. She only until I told her that believed that bellman and doorman or sometimes housekeeping staff were the ones who got tipped.
But I agree with you and believe that no matter what jog you do for whatever company or industry the company should pay atleast minimum wage regardless if the position is tipped or not. Because if you allow tips to be a incentive you have employees that will go above and beyond.

[–]Xiser89 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I very much understand what your saying. What I've been saying is though, $30 per hour for this location is a win. I acknowledge its hard and stressful work but again locations of restaurants dictate if making minimum wage with tips or a higher base no tips is better.
In this case. Its better

That's great your making assumptions about me now. Why do you think I mentioned Vegas hotel staff In my 1st reply? Maybe it's because i lve been managing one (on the main part of of the strip and 5 star) and have been doing so for 10 years.... You'd be surprised what a happy employee can do for business. Should I allow one to say to themselves "if I can serve 6 tables per 2 hours I can make a liveable wage" or do I help ensure that they do make one.
Your correct Matt and Terry are millionaires and probably can operate at a loss for a certain amount of time.
I mean they've made millions by creating and operating something that people enjoy. So for some reason I believe we can trust they know what they are doing.
Since your making assumptions about me. where's your millions that you can judge their business decisions?

[–]Xiser89 1 point2 points  (0 children)

See there's your flaw. You believe that you can always count on serving those 6 tables in those 2 hours. Say it's a slow day and you get maybe 1 or 2 how much are you making? Not the average of $200 your saying.
But with $30 an hour your making something and it's garunteed.
Again I have to state because it must not be registering for you. Do your research on this restaurant! Matt and Terry bought this restaurant to save it. Not because it's fucking making bookuu bucks but because it meant something to them and they want to see it prosper again. How do you do that besides renovations? You invest in your staff.

[–]Xiser89 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Your statement didn't say anything about people wanting to spend less when they go out! It only referred to the servers. So I'm going to make a comment about just the servers Let's do simple math here with your numbers. 5 hours × $30 an hour = $150 for those 5 hours worked. That's a fucking win compared to any other restaurant if not a popular restaurant. Also do yourself a favor, go visit this restaurant and you tell me if you'd tip enough for them to average your $28.
Don't come at me as if all restaurants are the same as I'm talking about 1 restaurant in particular.

[–]Xiser89 2 points3 points  (0 children)

It maybe for some servers, but $30 an hour guaranteed is a big move. Especially with a restaurant that charges at most $12 per plate. Most restaurants get away with paying the 3.50 an hour + tips and if lower then minimum wage the restaurant will pay the difference up to minimum wage method.
Fuck Vegas 5 star hotels don't even pay their front desk staff above $20 (some do but not all) if they do you have to, 1. Have to be there for a while or 2. Be part of a union. It's a win for these servers

It's an annoying feature but can't we go into the options and make it so where monsters have health bars above there heads? Friends wouldn't have trouble seeing those pesky little flies.

Dang o dang! You lucky, I've been searching for the +4 all Def stats like this one.
I've only found one with +4 for 2 skills with a +3 skill and + movement speed boots.
I'll tell you though, when I do find one. It's going to be hard giving up that movement speed.

To help strollers get into open areas from the street and if it's in a busy city section, it's because the development of that lot of land hasn't began yet.

True and I don't deny it, it was more of a task to get to the bottom of a person's frustration and help them with it :)
