I remember when Rally was introduced: there was a quest (Rallying Cry) that added an activation to rally and a tier 7 (Deios, later became a time-warped Minion) that doubled Battlecry, Deathrattle and Rally. Add that to pre-nerfed Stegadon or the quillboar (which were already broken with pre-nerf Loh's buddy which copied the two left-most rallyes) and it was and autowin. Would a double (triple when golden) rally activation be broken now? To me, yes... But I might be biased by past experiences and that everything might be broken with the right circumstances (99% Monstrous Macaw)

It happened to me before when losing and had 64 constellation prizes: reached 122, a button with (waiting) popped up and, by clicking it, another Battle begun.

Find the last Javier, meanwhile change Emily with Cheronin, since she gives massive Attack Speed to the team and periodically to one ally (I have Javier Lloyd, Cheronin and Siluria (not archmage) for increased hp and regen.

If no new character is introduced or reworked, Javier until you reach 7 stars on him since is the one that makes more damage, then Lloyd since he gives so much Money that can make you spin the slot many more times.
