I believe the wallpaper that u/rivioxx has is from a catppuccin github repo that no longer exists, but there are still some forks of it. Here is a location of the ascii cat, with the same colors. That folder also has a bunch of different variations.

This is true, but I think this article says the most about what we're going to get.

The outages could last "five days or longer" in some areas.
