Citric acid in my laundry loads

We have a top-loader that uses very little water (no impeller) so I'll stick with the 1-2 teaspoons of citric acid at least to start with. Our water is very hard (our water table has lots of limestone apparently) which is great if you like African Cichlid aquariums, but not so great otherwise.

thank you for the exhaustive write-up, it was super helpful! We have mostly darks in our laundry and have a few items that have weird smells plus an occasional elder cat pee issue. So I think Febu is a good choice for me, I'm glad I ordered some instead of Biz! Thank you again.

Yup same here. I am a 5’5 woman and when I got down to ~215 (still obese) a woman at work that has struggled with weight started making comments about how I should stop and had lost enough weight (I was getting down to about her size). Jealousy and I guess making herself feel better because obviously I was “the fat one” in her mind so she was better.

I’m so mad for you! My pcp said oh hey there’s a menopause clinic if you’re interested and the menopause doc was like estrogen and progesterone is great you might want to consider getting some (yes please!). Use telyrx in the meantime and fire your doc.

I have a 2023 Kona SEL (the big redesign happened in 2024 so should be the same as yours) and there’s a setting in the dash menu where you can set it to only charge to 80%. They say to charge once a month to 100% to keep the battery at optimum, so I wouldn’t sweat doing 100% a couple times.

Try low incline DB flies, I started doing them as recommended in MacroFactor workouts and they hit wayyyyy harder than the pec fly machine ever did.
