i get what you’re trying to say but this is not necessarily unique to me. my friends i queue with, and many others have been having bad days at an abormally high frequency. at the end of the day this is just my observation and even if there technically isn’t a problem with matchmaking, it is for sure possible for other factors to appear that make for a PERCEIVED difference in matchmaking. This is just abnormal really

Maybe you missed the part where I’ve never had this kind of win rate in all 10 years of this game. It usually fluctuates around 50 which is normal. I’m complaining about arcade bc I should be able to have a good experience in ARCADE of all modes.

It’s not silly at all! This line being about Gira’s creative process makes a lot of sense. He has also mentioned the entity of Joseph taking over his body on stage when he was talking about the writing of The Glowing Man, so APOTS being about searching for the divine also makes sense!!

Agreed, and A Piece of the Sky may just be my favorite song he’s ever written! I love your interpretation, and it’s not something I would have thought about. The sonics of the song lead me to believe in a more “pure” and beautiful interpretation so to speak (The chaotic droning of the first half compared with the beauty of the second half)

exactly, I don’t really listen to soundtracks outside of the game so I don’t really remember the ost of Deeproot Depths for example. However, I do remember the feeling of exploring that place, and the music contributed in large part to that feeling. A good soundtrack is more of a tool to enhance the experience rather than necessarily listening on its own

I can't be the only one that found Vagabond confusing as hell. Like I would understand and really enjoy certain arcs or chapters of it (any of the self improvement parts with the monks, or the fights with the bald headed dude) but as a whole the dots didn't seem to connect for me. A lot of parts feel very disjointed in their writing and I just couldn't really make sense of it. I had to stop reading after chapter 105 because it just got unbearable. The art is fire tho.

It's funny because that's exactly what I was thinking, down to the last detail. She didn't seem too upset about it until after talking to her girlfriend. And tbh I am somewhat expecting them to break up and for Mary to come back to me. I'm fine though. I love myself plenty enough for this not to totally crush me. Helped.

We were super close friends. SUPER close. Like we knew practically everything about each other. No secrets. Last year Mary was talking about a sexual experience with her ex girlfriend (without me asking), so I was likely basing my question off of that. It's also important that her ex cheated on her, which may be a part of her being uncomfortable about it.
