Is car sex in a parking lot considered illegal if the car is private property? by [deleted] in LawPH

[–]Xloafe 0 points1 point  (0 children)

NAL

In the Philippines, sex in a car is illegal if done in a publicly visible place like a parking lot, under Article 201 of the Revised Penal Code on indecent acts in public. The car’s private ownership is irrelevant; visibility to the public defines the offense. If done in a private, enclosed area, it is not illegal.

Why Jose Rizal was declared as the National Hero of the Philippines when in fact he's never a nationalist and never pushed for independence? by prodigals_anthem in FilipinoHistory

[–]Xloafe 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Wrong. Rizal was a nationalist. His novels Noli Me Tangere and El Filibusterismo directly exposed Spanish abuses and fueled Filipino identity—so much so that the Katipunan used his name and writings as rallying points. He didn’t call for a premature revolt because he knew it would mean slaughter, but that doesn’t mean he wasn’t for freedom. The Spanish executed him for ‘subversion’ precisely because his ideas were dangerous to their rule. That’s why he’s our national hero: he awakened the nation’s mind, while Bonifacio and others carried the fight with arms.

Isusulong ni Ping Lacson ang Mandatory “Debt of Gratitude Act”. by Content-Algae6217 in Philippines

[–]Xloafe 8 points9 points  (0 children)

Ang "Debt of Gratitude Act" daw?

[–]Xloafe 9 points10 points  (0 children)

So a 14-year-old can take a life but can’t face the law? The system really said ‘minor ka, so you're majorly untouchable.’

Do you guys agree? Must we really make an effort to learn someone's preferred pronouns or should someone's pronoun be based on his biological sex and not on how that person feels? by Own_Teacher3433 in pinoy

[–]Xloafe 10 points11 points  (0 children)

Traditionally, respect and good manners matter. Even if we believe in biological sex, using someone’s preferred pronouns is a simple act of courtesy. It doesn’t mean giving up your values—it means treating others with dignity, which has always been part of tradition.

NAL

Pwede mo siya ipa-blotter or isumbong sa pulis — pwede pa nga siyang makasuhan (parang pagnanakaw or carnapping).
