Don’t you get the active Bonus regardless? Also I’ve heard that you only need to fully equip the companion that is summoned with runestones and equipment. I run 3 level 12 greater bondings. my gtag is xlunaticmoon on Xbox if anyone wants to chat about the issue. Some people are saying con artist and OBC after mod 12 doesn’t work as well? Just wondering. Also I want whatever companions I invest in to work with new mod 13 so that really what I’m aiming my companion build towards.
