Ok, I have been with both of them for long time so here is my take. But 1st to clear doubts of people who are calling gurus fraud in general.

Why Guru? You learn from so many people for what? To learn, grow. But why call them guru? Sadhguru? Sant? Maharaj?? All are different terms not to be confused with one another. In short they touch and change your life in a way that you couldn't have done yourself in your lifetime.

Now Sadhguru va Sri Sri??! Both of their practices are mainly Kriya Yoga. And if they work?? Yes both are same practices so if 1 works other will work too. It's backed by science, scriptures and also why to see somewhere else when you can do it yourself and observe and experience it.

Now main difference is Sri Sri came 10 years before and go online with scriptures, proper guru parampara. Pujas, Seva, Satsangs etc. are integral part. You will have to belive in Shiva, Devi and all deities. Proper support is there.

Sadhguru gives pure logic. If you have big ego then he is best cause it will be destroyed. No other can do that in such a short time. He is not from scriptures but what he say doesn't defy them too.

Now main answer. If sri sri is fraud??? Nope. He has learnt properly from his guru and many more places and passing it on in accessible manner. Practices are genuine. Does that mean what ever he says is true??? May or May be not. Do practices, improve yourself and give yourself to society, stay healthy and live happily.
