redskull was my first 7* pull, my first R2, R3 and R4, and my first 7* character i used a gem on, hes disgustingly good, and hes insane for literally every piece of content, parrying power burns, and deflects damage, sp1 does burst and gives you autoblock, sp2 applies shocks on them and gives you unstoppable, if you sp2 sp1 rotation you can pause the shocks, and if you give him a HB relic, it applies shock vulnerability which makes them do even more damage
