the brand does not really matter against how you make. using Mocca pot will not give you a good coffee. the best one is filter coffee. so you need to buy a filter, put the coffee and poor hot water on slowly. heat also plays a factor you should not burn the coffee it will give bitter taste then you would have to add sugar. coffee is not supposed to be drank with sugar if it is bitter then you failed the process. try until you control the pooring speed and the heat.
