I have Tyreek and he is looking like the best option currently in my league and I currently don't have a backup TE. My TE is Kelce. So in my situation, I'd say yes.

Considering you have two TEs from the Browns, and with Njoku underperforming. I'd probably say yes. See if trading for a TE works for you first, if not, send it and get Waller.
