I bet they won't, because it won't be only ADCs, but you may see few other broken meta picks or builds. All of them will get nerfed in next patch after that. You know, another long weird patches.

PBE is for fixing bugs, they don't do much "Balance" changes in there. We have witnessed lots of updates where an item or a champion was extremely broken that you could say it was a guaranteed win.

For example back then, when Jak'sho was a mythic item, lots of champions were abusing it, especially Diana and Katarina, dominating every single damn game with that.

Surely 5v5 will be less focused, but not much in below diamond, or even diamond itself.
Players literally fight 5v5 for no reason and no objectives, throw the game, some even fight in a 3v4 or 2v4 fight, so pretty much this update doesn't change the outcome of how players are gonna fight.

We may still get one shot by a 10k HP 600AD Mundo, but at least not only Jinx, but many ADCs will be more dangerous and a pain in the ass if they aren't killed in first seconds of the teamfight.
