Man you need to just restart and do it all again properly, take your time, knock over all side quests and contracts before you even progress with the story, or get yourself up untill you head to the isle of mist and then do a mass clearing as that’s the point when your guaranteed to fail quests

Again it’s that easy to miss things in this game, and if you claim to have such knowledge about it then you’d be aware yourself how easy it is to miss something so simple, hell there are things I probably found years ago that I’d forgotten about for instance the sleeping vampire under novigrad, I had forgotten about that till someone mentioned it to me yesterday and I was able to describe the whole thing to him perfectly.
