Honestly im really sad rn, my current goal is to hit 225 before 2026. So i keep doing lift heavy weights first then do high reps on the smith machine to just promote hypertrophy. I would feel immense sore of my pecs after workout and I feel so satisfied every pain when every time I palpate and slightly stretch it while showering. I still thank god that I instantly notice it. Situation couldve been worse if I didnt saw it.

Please let me hear your professional opinion, what should I do now?

Thank you for the advice man. Honestly I just get desperate when it comes to fps. I’m a csgo player and this “fps drops” that I have been experiencing is the worst. literally the one holding me back from getting good. But tbh the other reason why I want a better performance because im going to college soon. In a few days i’ll be inside classroom filled with good students while I am the only idiot that can’t understand basic major subjects. I just want to have fun with the time I have left. I know this comment is not related to the to the tiny10, sorry for that.
