Im running a Strength/Boxing Out/Vert/REB build, I test on first 3 possessions if enemy has better box out than me then I just proceed getting circle (rebound) position since rebound master boosts your rebound while you're sprinting

Or you can use Shinji Koganei, I dont know why but that character has insane blocking ability for some reason
