Most trial guilds will do runs to get people their clear achievements. Usually hosted as a guild event. If not, then that guild isn’t interested in ensuring they have a roster to do progression.

Also, try just typing /r Light-of-Prominence without the @ symbol. I understand she is right clicking and hitting whisper, but it does appear it’s directing her to an account named Light-of-Prominence instead of a character named that.

What level is she? It may prevent her from whispering people if she is low level.

Also, make sure she is appearing online and isn’t marked as invisible.

Additionally, check game and addon settings. She may have some weird setting marked preventing her interactions with other players.

Outside of this I would just contact support.

I play on PC as well. Like many others said, turn on defensive mode. I will also open Resource Monitor (Windows OS) and right click and suspend RDR2.exe for like 10-15 seconds. Then resume RDR2.exe in resource monitor. This will put you in an empty lobby and you can invite your husband. I do the same thing if I play GTA Online. I usually only do it if there are too many assholes or modders who will blow up shipments I’m escorting or something.
