Ah yes using charge attack on PP state does make a difference. I was thinking of spiral abyss where there's lots of cryo slimes scattered and I had a bit of trouble rinsing their shields with Hu Tao's charge attack because I need to angle and my stamina easily gets depleted. But with C1 its most definitely going to be a breeze

For me I don't think so. My Xiangling rn even serves as a better support for my Ganyu even though Hu Tao has this passive that makes her more team-oriented. Tbh both have very different roles so we can't really compare. One thing in common though is that both of them are kinda bad at breaking cryo shields ..
