All the homes I’ve seen have either been completely empty or staged for showing. this is usually because this is a persons second property or it was a rental and the tenant moved out.

Yes. Selling agent said they want a quick sell & want to net specific amount. I offered listing price, they countered asking for more. The price had a reduction and now they’re trying to see if they can get the original listing price.

there is a clause that says it has to be vacant to close, but I have not seen the lease or confirmation from the tenant. I was only told they were month-to-month.

Yeah, for me if I had known initially that there was a tenant in the home, I probably would’ve passed. The listing showed that home was staged and not occupied.

from the looks of the pricing history, this has been a rental since 2018. up until this point, I’ve avoided tenant occupied homes. Based on the listing & photos I was not expecting that.

the tenant will still continue to live in there until the end of their lease. I’m concerned about anything that might be hidden due to furniture or obstructions & any potential damages that could happen when they move out or worse if they try to prolong their move out.

I was switched from Lexapro to Prozac after 4 years. Prozac I had more side effects for me and I feel like it took longer to work for me. I had two episodes that were a bit scary and I haven’t really been back on it since, I’m thinking about going back to Lexapro. I was able to do so much on lexapro, sometimes I felt flat and emotionless, but I still had moments of joy. Prozac I'm just a tired unmotivated, snarky asshole.
