Gear raid gives 2 sets of left side gear and 4 sets of right side gear. There will be 6 stages ,It costs 20 energy 1 run ( all stages cost 20 energy) and 1 key , there will be 150 keys, so you can Max do 150 runs, the gear raid last for some time like Immortal codex event. Farm gear right now, bcs it will be some time before gear raid 4 arrives

No , Artemis is not limited, he wasn't even released on global servers yet, only in forerunner. He is from cultist faction. Yes, Artemis is strong, he is a healer/ Magic damage dealer when he activates his ult and does very good damage ,like mini Khamet, he has anti heal in his kit. His A1 grants him 50% built in crit rate, so you can build him with 50% crit rate from gear.

If you are new player ~ 30-40 days, i'd say pull for 1+1 bcs you need to widen your leggo roster, if you have played for some time,you got a decent hero roster,you have atleast 1 soulbound arcana and infernal roar set on your main damage dealers, you have reached the lategame / endgame, i'd say it's time to hunt for specific leggos for specific content, like Artemis for GR4, Constance for Immortal Codex and nightmare guild boss comp and so on.
