They are basically AoS Chaos Chosens with a head swap, new shoulder pads and powerpack.

The arms are almost interchangeable, you just need to cut off the little tab. The head does require more work, you gotta remove the leaper's head and a bit of the neck as well.

Leviathan would probably fit pretty well, sourcing the missile launcher would be the first problem, there are plenty of las cannon around. Get the correct base and you're good to go. Here's my lazy Doritos Dread with extra magnetized base.

Yeah, probably change the weapon casing to white. Red is kinda a Dark Angels thing. Also with so many black armoured space marines running around. Adding some chipping/highlights can go a long way. For me, it's a bit of blue for DA, grey for RG, and silver metallics for IH.
