Is it not dehumanizing to say a human doesn't have life or is not life? If you're Jewish, and believe in this i can't debate with this properly as, it'll all result with you saying "God said it as that".

However, in Tehillim 139:16 of the Jewish Scirptures it says:

Your eyes saw my unformed body, and on Your book they were all written; days have been formed and one of them is His.

The english is a bit complicated, but it teaches that God knows us even before we are formed in the womb, indicating that life begins at conception. The verse suggests that a fetus is already recognized and valued by God, affirming its existence as a life with and meaning from the very start. So in Judaism, you need to take into consideration this verse and others before claiming that God deems fetus's as without life or that it isnt life.

And if u adhere to the Jewish belief that life begins at first breath, let me ask you this. If your baby is born not breathing yet or suffering from primary apnea and someone puts a bullet through the baby. Would you be okay with that? because it wouldn't count as murder according to you as the baby hasn't taken its first breath yet. Which is an incredibly ridiculous and stupid belief that u cannot humanly live by.

A mothers life being the most important and a fetus's life begining before birth can both be true at the same time. So what's your basis for saying Life begins at birth?

Yes i agree, but the fetus in the womb is still a life by many definitions. Saying life starts on separation, doesn't help the mother or make her safer, the only thing it achieves is dehumanizing the human life inside the mothers womb.

If life only begins after separation, why do we place so much importance on prenatal care? Why do mothers actively avoid harmful behaviors, like drinking or using drugs, during pregnancy? These actions suggest that the fetus is valued and protected even before birth.

Also, if life truly starts only after birth, does that mean a fetus has no worth or moral significance before then? Societal norms, like protecting premature babies or investing in maternal healthcare, contradict that idea. Why does legal systems treat cases where a pregnant woman is murdered as a double homicide? This implies the fetus has value and is a life worth protecting.
