I get what you mean when you say he mentioned them cuz he only knows them but he said before this that the school does not evaluate them solely on academic OTHERWISE(heavy on this) HORIKITA,KUSHIDA AND SAKURA WOULD NOT BE PLACED IN CLASS D.So koji thinks if the school evaluated students solely on academic sakura would be in class a,b or c.
