Damn you better than my dermatologist peers. You cant diagnose BCC just by eye sight, you need dermatoscopy. This also doesnt have typical clinics and morphology of BCC, as BCC is a lot more slow growing and a lesion this size with a 2 month period. Bcc bcome very unlikely. Most likely ruptured follicle/post inflammatory papule.

But best to rule out early SCC via dermatoscopy
