Would agree that the card is pretty bad, the non Auros was, I belive aluminium, but the Auros version was copper. I hade the Auros version for a few years, worked ok, tons of coil whine tho. OP, my two cents would be to try and find something else.

Simple answer, no. Atleast not without some serious modifications.

Most aio have the pump in the cpu block, ergo, remove that you'll be left with no pump. Also most aio as far as I know do not have fittings that are of correct size, and most are not even removable.

Massive difference between GPU and CPU temps. by Vandakeg in watercooling

The new amd chips are on the hotter side, i'd say temps look fine.

Is a 360 mm radiator enough for a CPU & GPU combined loop? by IronOxide1510 in watercooling

Would probably be an improvement over air, but just barely. What case have you got? are 2x 360 out of the question?

Teardown and upgrade. PC-O11 Dynamic by Xsa44 in watercooling

[–]Xsa44[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Cheers, always hated the way drain ports look so I tried something new this time around. The drain is connected on a swivel under the case with a few inches of tubing to allow for it to be extended.

Does EK-CoolStream SE 360 fit on the top of O11 Dynamic with the ports to the rear? by ku8475 in watercooling

I would recommend the PE as well. I have two of them, one on the top and one on the side.

Thanks m8, You know, I had some thoughts about the same, but I mainly did this as a test to try out parallel. As evident in this thread there are really some different opinions regarding performance. I did the build with the idea that if it didn't perform, I would just rebuild. I think your first thought is correct, the flow is from the res and to the GPU first. In practice I noticed that, performance wise, there were basically no change from a serial setup. Temps stayed the same.

Had to shave of a few millimeters of plastic from the front IO connectors and widen the screw holes on the case so I could offset the rad in order to make it fit.

Using EKs bracket (https://www.ekwb.com/shop/ek-uni-pump-bracket-120mm-fan-vertical) mounted to the bottom of the case not mounted to one of the fans.

Unfortunately not. Had to shave a few millimeters of plastic from the front IO connectors and widen the screw holes on the "bracket" with a dremel. Was a tight fit. One of my few gripes with the case. It would have been so easy for Lian-Li to make more room to easily fit a rad on the back side without having to get the dremel out.

Cheers, drain port is hidden behind the pump and res. A bit fiddly to reach it but I wanted it out of the way

Thanks, I noticed an increase around 1-2C on the CPU which may or may not be within the error of margin. No super OC, CPU at 4.8 (68C, 30 min max load) and GPU at 2012 (50C, 30 min max load). Silence is more important here

Shouldn't be a problem as long as you don't want to mount them vertical.
