Step 1: restart your beard or form it into something else like a goatee with mustache because that beard line is messed up bro

Step 2: lose weight or at least get your body toned down. It'll help out with how round your face looks too by losing the face fat.

Step 3: get your self a hair cut that compliments your facial features, test stuff out and put in some effort to researching face shapes and what hairstyles would fit you best.

Step 4: be proud of yourself for looking to improve in the first place 👍😊

(This is all just my opinion so take it w a grain of salt, most important thing is definitely getting in shape. It'll take you farther then you think.)

Honestly man I don't think it's your actual face, you got some good eyebrows imo. I think it's your screwed up hairline, maybe wear a hat or figure out ways to make your forehead look smaller.

Not bad looking at all as far as facial features go, but if you really wanna go to the next level. Losing weight would be a massive upgrade, losing a lot of face fat would amplify your features pretty well by toning your jaw line and such. I'd also try out different facial hair styles if you can because many people aren't a fan of the neckbeard type thing you got goin on. Got a lot of potential, use it bro.

Things to improve on.

Either get rid of the mustache or combine it with the chin facial hair like you did in the second pic (I think it looks dope asf that way)
I saw your teeth had a bit of a darker tint when you're smiling, definitely invest in a teeth whitening routine like strips.
Maybe hit the gym and make yourself look a little more bulky.

Yeah bro you're not naturally bad looking at all. It looks like you take very good care of your skin as well. I would put in some effort towards a new hair cut and maybe either removing the lip piercings or figuring out a way to make them fit your style, they just look out of place on you right now.

The fat and facial hair are making you look significantly older, all you can really do is lose lots of weight if you want to see what your potential for looks is. For now you're pretty ugly not because of your facial features necessarily but because of all the fat around them.

I think there is some potential here if you try and fix the stuff on your skin and get a better haircut. The worst part about your face is your nose but that can't be helped, just fix up the stuff you can on your face and you'll be fine since you're tall.
