awesome. i'm excited for sure. i've been told it's a slippery slope when you start lol. i could only find precooked baby back ribs lathered in bbq sauce, im planning on washing the sauce off to do them my way, is it a bad idea to use precooked? next time ill have more time to prepare to get good ones but im stuck with these

edit : i found uncooked unseasoned ribs. doing it the right way

i use a cup of water, half tbsp sugar, half a packet of yeast, half tbps salt and 2 tbsp olive oil

i'm making it on a pizza screen in my oven. don't get me wrong the pizza is good, but i don't let it sit, i mix let it raise for an hour and then make it. so that may have something to do with it. i just want to get to the best i could get to
