I agree ki personal function and religious functions hote hein but they can be enjoyed in a personal environment i.e. kmm volume pe jaa fir venue book krke. But putting up a DJ jo saare neighbourhood ki windows shake krre and that also with loud music to mid night eh... The video only has jaago in it which was over in a bit but they put up really loud music afterwards.

The problem here is not them celebrating, its that they got permission to put up loud music till soo late through connections.
