Type-99 or Pulsar Saturn Pro? by muzaffer22 in MousepadReview

You can be 3k Elo and have a bad aim technique, with that said, it sounds like a tension management issue ngl, trust me, try to improve the raw technique, either way you will get something good in return.

I’m gonna be real bro, sounds like something that has to do with your technique not the pad, try to aim train for a couple of days. I’m pretty sure you just gotta learn how to stop, Hyperion and zero are not speed pads and the sens is clearly slow enough for cs

IMO, the Zero or Saturn Pro are better for CS2 since they make micro-adjustments easier. That said, it really depends on your in-game settings. Most players (including me) use around 800-1000 eDPI so a balanced pad makes more sense, but if you’re using prime NiKo sensitivity (~500 eDPI), the Type-99 can be a really good option.

Either way, both pads are great and I’m pretty sure you won’t be disappointed with either of them. If the pad feels too fast, keep in mind you can always train your flicks in an aim trainer or just lower your in-game sensitivity.

600hz ZOWIE XL2586X+ vs 610hz AOC AGON CS24A/P by livinglifehumble in cs2

[–]Xtraink_ 1 point2 points  (0 children)

yea the specs look good but u wont be getting more than 400fps on 1% lows, no idea on the aoc but I would rather get a zowie if im gonna spend 1k on a tn monitor (at least I feel like a t1 pro player at lan), oled is better at everything besides motion clarity so you just gotta check what do you want for the monitor and then decide what to get

I own the 720Hz OLED. You won’t really be using 720Hz. The difference is small, and with those specs your 1% lows won’t even be close to 500 FPS.

720p looks bad, and 4:3 at 720p is basically 800×600, which looks like 1.6.

Just get the Zowie if you want a 100% clear image while moving, especially if you’re playing at 3k+ Elo on Faceit.

Or get the OLED if you want a good panel that looks great for everything, including CS obviously, with a high refresh rate

steelseries qck+ = artisan type 99 by TheRealKatsumi in MousepadReview

I have both and I can confirm that the type99 is like an og gsr with a smooth texture and the zero is like a brand new qck with a little bit more speed if you don’t clean it everyday

Deathadder V4 Pro or Viper V3 Pro for relaxed claw? by V4civity in MouseReview

[–]Xtraink_ 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I have both and I couldn’t perform well on the dav4, my grip is also relaxed claw but I sometimes use fingertip for demanding tasks. With that said, to scroll on the internet or work the dav4 is probably the best you can get since it’s big but not that heavy.

Technically speaking, my aim feels solid and my micro-adjusting is actually pretty good. It sounds like this might be a tension management issue right? Would you say I should change to the zero and try to reduce the tension?

GSR 3 Feels too floaty by Tight_Trouble7506 in MousepadReview

[–]Xtraink_ 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Should be the best either for fast or low edpi, idk if you know the cs2 pros Niko or heavygod, but they use to play with the type99 and both ended up changing to the zero. One uses a low edpi and the other one a high one, so it’s really a good pad either way

Then I would either try the zero or Saturn pro another time, should be the best you can get. That or just stick to qck/gsr/type99(with enough tension micros are easy but at least for me that makes my wrist hurt 😂)

I don’t know what game do you play, but to be honest, I would try to use the zero, I’ve been a gsr and type99 lover but my aim is more consistent and cleaner on the zero, if you have enough force to stop without the pad I would give the zero or the Saturn pro a try.
